About Chris

I began my fitness journey at a young age, constantly competing with everyone at anything. I was always pushing myself and motivating others to become better, thus a trainer was Born.

This fitness journey officially began in 2003 at Texas State University when I began working at the Recreation Center in the Fitness Department.  I was quickly intreged with the thought of helping people on a daily basis and helping them accomplish their goals.  After a short stint of working in the gym as just simple help, I decided to take my first Personal Training Certificate Test.  Upon passing my first test I quickly found that I had a natural knack for this business.  I was then promoted to Fitness Supervisor where I worked, both, as a Supervisor and a Personal Trainer.  Upon graduation I moved to Austin for an Internship.

Over the years I have interned and worked for some of the most influential and elite gyms and people currently in the strength and conditioning world. I interned at Train 4 The Game under the current Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Philladelphia 76ers, Todd Wright and his then assistant, Logan Schwartz. These two opened my world and mind up to a training philosophy that has had a slow transition into the mainstream because of how different the training style truly was compared to the previous 80 years of training philosophy.

As you look around in the who's-who of elite lever Trainers in the world currenly, most are adhering to the true "functoinal" fitness training philosophy.

Each and every waking day is another chance to expand my knowledge and to possibly teach new people about the wonders of personal fitness and how to become better at what they do.  Each and every day is the best day ever.

All of my workouts are cutting edge in the fitness industry, designed to be inline with personal goals, and most importantly, FUN! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
