About Cody

I started Gold Hills Health and Wellness to use my knowledge and expertise thats stems from my experiences in health and fitness. Starting with youth sports, to my Military Service in the US Army, to studying in Kinesiology and working with clients. These chapters and moments have given me the ability to work with a wide range of clients and help each individual reach their specific goals.

I've battled Chronic Pain for the last 5 years. My health and fitness is how I've battled back. I want to help others get the same relief from Strength training and lifestyle changes.

I have formal training and experience working with athletes. seniors, individuals with disabilities, and beginners. Everyones fitness journey is unique and I love helping someone through theirs. Whether its to look better. or get healtheir, or both. The motivation and guidance I can provide can get you on the right path.

For Companies:

One of the most proven ways to improve a workplace environment is Employee health. Corporate wellness programs and activities can help boost morale, team building, and overall workplace experience. If you take your employees health seriously they will return the favor!

My favorite exercise

My favorite Exercise is the Barbell Front Squat. I've dealt with back and leg pain in the years since I've gotten out of the Army, the front squat allowed me to continue training and get back to squatting when it seemed all other options wouldn't help.

It was great working with Cody. We did several virtual training meetings that went beyond what I expected. He answered all my questions and gave some great pointers.
