Hello, my name is Sean Matuszewski.

I Graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. I am currently working at Concentra Urgent Care as a Physical Therapist Support Specialist as well as in the United States Air Force Reserves as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst.

Along with that I am Certified as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am always looking forward to working with new clients to help them work towards their goals and push them past the finish line. Fitness, weight lifting, and sports have been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I am hoping we can turn it into one of your passions as well! I'm not saying the journey will be easy but once you get started and with a little motivation along the way this will lead to a positive lifestyle change that you will never regret!
