If I don't speak to anybody before I book, how do I know that the trainer will be prepared for my session?


After booking your session, you will have the option to fill out a brief questionnaire asking you for your goals, injury history and fitness level that will be sent to your trainer and used to design your session. While it is optional, we highly encourage you to complete this questionnaire so that you can get the most out of your workout.
 
Your trainer will also contact you in advance of the session if they have any other questions.
