My training experience

Since earning my certification as a fitness trainer in June 2023, my journey has been a dynamic blend of in-person and remote training experiences. Purlife Fitness, where I've had the privilege of training clients face-to-face, has been a cornerstone of my professional development.

Working at Purlife Fitness has allowed me to immerse myself in a vibrant fitness community. The gym's diverse clientele has given me the opportunity to tailor my training programs to individuals with varying fitness levels, goals, and preferences. From designing personalized workout routines to providing nutritional guidance, I've found immense satisfaction in helping clients achieve their fitness milestones.

In the in-person setting, I've been able to witness firsthand the transformative power of consistent effort and dedication. Building strong relationships with clients has been a key aspect of my work, as it enables me to better understand their motivations, challenges, and progress.
