I didn’t start in the fitness world as a trainer — I started as the client. After losing 80 pounds and completely changing my life, I knew I wanted to help others do the same. Now, as a certified personal trainer through NCSF, I coach people not just to work out harder, but to live better. My approach is all about building strong, sustainable habits — both in the gym and in your daily life. Because it’s not just about what you do for an hour a day, it’s about how you show up for yourself the other 23. I’ve been where you are. I know how overwhelming it can feel. But I also know what’s possible when you commit to showing up, one step at a time. Whether you’re just getting started, trying to lose weight, or working on long-term lifestyle changes, I’ve got your back. Let’s build something real — together.
How my training works: I make you a custom workout routine and we work on healthy habits and lifestyle choices. You workout on your own time ( sometimes I will ask to send me videos of your form) and we will discuss them when we have our virtual meetings, along with other things. I will always be available to you for texting 24/7
