Hi there! My name is Monica and I'm so happy you're here. A little bit about myself: I started my fitness journey about 8 years ago due to wanting to make a change in my food choices and lifestyle. I was overeating a lot back then and felt fatigued everyday because of it. One day, I decided to make a change and started going to the gym consistently. Since then, my fitness journey has been a huge part of my life and is now a big passion of mine. This fitness journey I went through taught me so much about self-love, mental health, resilience, and persistence. Now, I want to make it a mission to help others make a change in their lives. My experience consists of group fitness, dance fitness, and personal training.
