About Nina
Originally from the Bay Area, my passion for strength training began in high school. What started as helping friends in the gym and coaching soccer quickly grew into a deeper calling. I discovered how rewarding it is to guide others toward becoming their strongest and most confident selves.
I have been a certified personal trainer since 2017 and have worked with clients from many different backgrounds and fitness levels. My approach focuses on building sustainable habits through strength training, thoughtful programming, and consistent support. I believe fitness should enhance your life and help you feel stronger both physically and mentally.
Now based in Manhattan, I work with clients who are ready to take their health seriously and commit to long term progress. My coaching is designed for people who want more than just a workout. I provide structure, accountability, and guidance so you can build strength, confidence, and lasting momentum.
During our sessions we focus on proper technique, progressive strength training, and creating a routine that fits your lifestyle. Just as importantly, I emphasize mindset and consistency, because real transformation happens when your habits align with the life you want to create.

Through years of hands-on experience and continued education, I’ve developed a coaching style that prioritizes proper form, progressive overload, and individualized programming. I work closely with clients to create training plans that are realistic, effective, and aligned with their goals, whether that is building muscle, improving performance, or establishing long-term consistency.
I’m particularly passionate about supporting clients who want to move away from extremes and toward balance. My goal is to help you train with intention, build trust in your body, and develop habits that support strength, confidence, and longevity. I believe fitness should enhance your life, not consume it.

Kind, energetic and inspiring. I loved my first session with Nina. I've been sedentary for the past few months. She gave me a great full-body workout involving body weight, free weights, cable pulls and bench work, along with a nice core workout at the end. She is very good at listening to feedback, keeping me distracted through those planks, and giving detailed advice on nutrition. Looking forward to building with her!

I have had trainers in the past so I know what having a good trainer means. Nina is absolutely amazing - I haven't had such great workouts in a while, I sweat a ton! Nina definitely pushes me but is patient and so kind in meeting me where I am now, but helping me get to where I want to be.
