I had a client who had been trying for years to get pregnant. After working with me, she lost weight and within three months she became pregnant. This experience truly validates the powerful impact that proper nutrition and exercise can have on the body especially on hormonal balance.

My favorite exercise

I’m a big fan of HIIT and circuit training. They’re effective and time-efficient perfect for days when you’re not in the mood for a long workout. They’re also a great way to stay accountable because, even in just 10–20 minutes, you can get maximum benefits and results. Plus, you work every muscle in your body, which is amazing and fun! I love adding music and dance moves to make the sessions even more enjoyable and effective.

JUST DO IT! That quote has helped me a lot with discipline. Discipline is about doing things you don’t want to do, so getting up and just doing it regardless of what’s going on in your head is true power.

My training philosophy

I believe fitness is not just about aesthetics it’s about building strength, resilience, and confidence from the inside out. Every workout should challenge you, but also be enjoyable and sustainable. Progress is made through consistency, not perfection, and every individual’s journey is unique. I emphasize a balance of movement, nutrition, recovery, and mental wellness, because true health is holistic. Accountability, personalized guidance, and celebrating small wins are key to creating a lifelong, empowering fitness lifestyle.

My training experience

One of my most rewarding training experiences was with a client who came to me feeling stuck and unmotivated. We started with small, achievable goals just 10–15 minutes of movement a day and simple nutrition changes. Over time, she gained confidence, built strength, and started seeing real results. The breakthrough moment came when she completed a full HIIT circuit without stopping, something she never thought she could do. Watching her transformation physically and mentally reminded me why I love what I do: helping people realize their true potential and enjoy the journey along the way.
