About Dre

Hi I'm Dre and I am a Hybrid Body Image Coach serving the Glen Burnie and surrounding areas


I didn't always see myself as "in shape" or "muscular". Often times I saw a skinny, less than version of myself whenever I looked in the mirror. For years, I struggled with negative body image. Although I still have moments of uncertainty and insecurity, I have been able to alter my journey away from cripiling anxieties towards a healthy and fufilling relationship with the gym, food, and my personal life.


I struggled comparing my pysique to other men, overtraining to overshadow my insecurity, and using unrealistic eating habits to spark change.


You may be currently on your own discovery of body image or unsure of where to start. Whether looking to add size, drop size, or maintaing where you are, I have you covered.


 


THE PROGRAM:


I offer virtual sessions, however, the value in what I provide is in the overall program where we go beyond just a 60 minute session


With regular online check-ins, video calls, film feedbackand in the moment responses, I stay closely connected to your progress around the clock. You’ll walk away with more than just results—you’ll leave with the knowledge, habits, and discipline to keep going and never look back.


I offer multiple package options, however, every plan is custom-tailored to your goals.

My favorite client story

I was helping a gentleman with lower back issues and his one goal was to be able to hold his new born grandchild and be confident and stable. I implemented movements to mimic playing and lifting his grandchild. Shortly after this implementation, he broke down in tears telling me he just held his grandchild for the first time a few days prior to our meeting
