My name is Gil Ramos, I break my training down into 3 phases. I specialize in fixing pain, weak links and getting muscles to move the way they are supposed to. We will strengthen those muscles individually; then train them to work as a whole with the other muscles in the chain of the body. After this rehab/Imbalance phase is the body transformation stage, we either focus on getting lean and tone or bulking up. Step 3 is for athletes or you become an athlete yourself, pick a hobby, activity or sport and we will train for that specifically.

I had a girl with a form of muscular distrophy that was never able to raise her arm over her head and after first session with her was able to not only raise her arm but put her arm over her head
